The customer will get the
replacement benefit of the product subject to the following conditions.
1) You can get a replacement in case of product problems (eg: product broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, product does not match with the picture, etc.).
2) The product must be completely intact with the box.
3) Within maximum 24 hours after receiving the delivery, you have to mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or register a complaint on 01930 110066 & 01930 110077.
4) You must return the product to the office of Dhaka Aerator International at your own risk within a maximum of 7 working days.
5) The maximum courier charge of Tk. 1000 inside Dhaka and Tk. 1000 outside Dhaka will be refunded to the customer for sending the product to Dhaka Aerator International office.
Our Complaints Team will call you for any complaints regarding products and services. We want to get you active on the phone until your complaint is resolved. If your contact number is not active, an alternative number must be active. You must notify us by refunding the amount paid to you for the refund. If we do not receive any cooperation from you by phone or email within 15 working days, we will consider your complaint to be settled.
If you find any kind of problems after receiving your product (such as physically damaged product, product does not function properly, product not same as displayed on image), you can receive replacement of your product. In such cases, please, inform us through an e-mail to email@example.com or call us at 01930 110066 & 01930 110077 (9am-11pm). Please, note that beliefbd.com will bear all shipment charge for this type of replacement.
