In case of problems with the product
after receiving the product (eg: product broken, torn, wrong size, product not
working, product does not match with the image, etc.) you can get back the full
value of the purchased product subject to the following conditions.
1) You must mail to complain dhakaaeratorint.com or register a complaint on 01930 110066 & 01930 110077 within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the delivery.
2) In case of refund, the product should be completely intact with the box.
3) You must return the product to Dhaka Aerator International office within 7 working days at your own risk.
4) If the price is higher than the Dhaka Aerator International price for all the products that have the price written on it, then in case of extra price you have to register a complaint by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. If your complaint is correct, the extra value you paid will be refunded within 10 working days of development.
5) In case of advance (development / B Kash) payment, if the product is not in stock or the buyer is not willing to take, the order will be canceled and the refund will be given to the number from which the advance payment has been made. Our refunds and replacements do not apply to Flash Sales offers.
Our Complaints Team will call you for any complaints regarding products and services. We want to get you active on the phone until your complaint is resolved. If your contact number is not active, an alternative number must be active. If we do not receive any of your cooperation within 15 working days by phone or email, we will consider your complaint to be settled.
